The Face Shop- Lovely ME:EX Cushion Blusher Vivid Peach 05

Hello hello,

This is my first time ever buying blush cause I have very pink undertone and without blush, it looks as if I'm already blushing ><" Nonetheless I wanted to try out a peach coloured blush.

Ratings:

Odour: I can't really describe the odour, but it smells nice, like flowers. Not an overpowering scent though.

Packaging: The packaging is super cute! It's 0.7g, very small and compact- great for traveling. It comes with a 'cushion' (haha) that you can use to apply the product with.

Pigmentation: The colour pay-off isn't that good. It's very light and the colour barely shows up on the skin, so I think this blush is good for people who are just 'blush-starters.' With this blush it's very hard to over-apply. Have you lovelys seen girls who over apply their blush? EKKKK disaster !!

Texture: When I swatch the product onto my hands, it looks very chalky(appearance wise), but I noticed that when I apply it onto my cheeks, it's not chalky...If you take the product and rub it against two of your fingers, you will notice that it's very fine and smooth.  This is a matte blush, there is absolutely no shimmer to it.

Addition information: Made in Korea. Comes in four other colours : Romantic Pink (01), Sexy Orange (02), Pure Lavender (03), and Baby Pink (04).

Cushion ^^

Vivid Peach

Swatch & true to colour
Overall: 3.0/5 (because I wish the colour pay-off was better)

Tell me what some of your HG blushes are? I would definitely like to try out some more!

  4. That is such cute packaging, too bad the pay off isn't good. There's a product by Hard Candy called "Fox in a Box- skinny dipping" and contains a coral blush just about identical but the pigmentation is great

  5. The packaging is really cute, shame the colour wasn't very good. I recommend No.7 for powder blush and benefit for tint blush! ^_~

  9. I too have pink undertones! Mostly at the cheek area haha.
Oooh glad to know these aren't that pigmented, I like to build up my blushes rather than have a huge bright patch. Might consider picking this up from The Face Shop here... the packaging is really cute <3
